Refund and Returns Policy

At Elite Furnitures BD, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy will guide you.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or special-order furniture
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance or discount sale items

3. Refund Policy

  • If the returned product meets our conditions, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed.
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method (SSLCommerz, Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking, etc.).
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on payment gateway/bank processing time.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement.
  • Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For defective/wrong items, Elite Furnitures BD will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation will follow the return process.
